GENA SCRIVA ESPOSITO: OWNER

Gena Scriva Esposito is the Director of Scriva's Dance Studio and G&P Performing Arts.
Her professional dance career began at age 15 after joining Equity and Screen Actors Guild.
She landed her first job in a "Funny Thing Happened of the Way to the Forum", starring 'Sonny Bono'. Gena was then featured in "Seventeen Magazine". Continuing to tour with summer stock theatre throughout high school and dancing with the
"Terri Morretti Dance Company".
She then moved to New York to pursue her dream. After only being in New York six days Gena landed a principle job in the Broadway National tour of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" choreographed by 'Tommy Tune".
Gena continued to dance in New York for ten years landing Broadway national tours, off Broadway, Soap Operas, Movies of the Week and over 20 national commercials.
Gena has been written up in the New York TImes entertainment section as one of New York's brightest new stars. Gena then moved to L.A. continuing her career in film and television.
Gena has studied with Andrea Sabatier, Rossalyn Kenneth, Carol Knight, Mansur Maurice, Mansur Kamaletdinov, Mario Melodia (former partner of Gene Kelly) just to mentinon a few.
Gena is a member of Dance Educator's of America and is certified to teach in three languages. In 1998 Gena married independent film Producer Anthony Esposito. Together they own several independent Film Companies and have made over 30 feature films.
Presently Gena is the owner of Scriva's Dance Studio located in Robinson Township.
Teaching children has always been her passion.

ELIZABETH TROXLER:BALLET INTENSIVE INSTRUCTOR IN SUMMER

Elizabeth Troxler, A.R.A.D. was trained in Western Pennsylvania by Paula Scriva Jersey, during which time she achieved the title of Dance Masters of PA Teen Miss Dance 1993 and 1st runner up to Dance Educators of America Miss Dance 1995.
 Elizabeth continued on to dance professionally with The Illinois Ballet and The Peoria Ballet where she performed roles such as the Lilac Fairy in Sleeping Beauty, soloist roles in Swan Lake, Les Sylphide, and Ballet Etudes, and as the Sugar Plum Fairy & Snow Queen in The Nutcracker. Elizabeth then traveled to Panama to dance as a guest artist with the Nacional Ballet de Panama as a soloist in
Don Quixote and once again as the Lilac Fairy in Sleeping Beauty. Elizabeth was on the faculty as the resident tap & jazz teacher at Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, and for four years she was the program coordinator and on the ballet faculty of Northern Arizona University's Preparatory School for the Performing Arts. While in Arizona, she was coached by Maureen Price through the three year Teacher Certification of the Royal Academy of Dance. Elizabeth is now a registered teacher of the R.A.D. and has entered over 300 students for both the Children's and Vocational R.A.D. Exams. Elizabeth has created a number of children's ballets such as The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg, Stellar Science, and The Snow Queen. In 2001, Elizabeth was the only person in the United States to receive the distinguished Solo Seal Award of the R.A.D. Elizabeth's students have continued on to perform in companies such as the Nevada Ballet Theater, New York Theater Ballet, Milwaukee Ballet, Texas Ballet Theater, Elements, San Diego Ballet and On & Off Broadway Shows. Elizabeth currently resides in Spring Lake, NJ where she runs Health &Wellness internet business and travels around North America as a guest teacher, choreographer, and dancer for various dance schools & ballet companies.She has recently been appointed a Practical Teaching Supervisor for the Royal Academy of Dance in London to travel and train teachers around the United States.
